These are the nine major articulations of the body and describe the movements in Video 004.

Stand in Wuji – collect yourself: breath, vision, body. Hands are placed over the lower dantien. 

Qi Bath: raise hands in a circle out to the side. Energetically brush your scalp from a few inches away. You are defining your energetic boundary. 2. Scattering Rice: describe circles parallel to the ground to define your lateral boundary

Head Rotations: the eyes instigate the movement, bring the energy (ie your focus) from just below the umbilicus (lower dantien), up the left arm, across at the throat, down the right arm and back to the lower dantien. And reverse direction. 

Shoulders: one at a time, starting with the right, rotate backwards then forwards. Switch sides. Move them at the same time in opposite directions, one back, the other forward. Switch directions.
